Explorise AB is not responsible for outcomes related to third-party brands, sponsors, or business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Explorise AB shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform
• This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of earnings, or brand rejection

We do not accept responsibility for service disruptions caused by third parties.

9. Account Termination
